- The applicant must not be above 50 years of age.
- When the applicant has an occupation in the MLTSSL then he/she can apply for visa 186 once having work experience through employer sponsorship while you are a holder of this TRT visa.

- This type of Stream application permits employers to nominate their workers directly for permanent residence status even without negotiating with the authorities at the labor agreement.
- The applicant for this type of visa application need not hold any kind of visa.
- The applicant must be onshore and offshore of Australia to be able to qualify for eligibility.
Direct Entry Process Stages
- The employer has the power to first lodge a nomination application which indicates the position and the person they are nominating for this type of visa.
- The process to lodge a visa application process will take place after they nominate the skilled worker.
The employer can both lodge the nomination and the visa application on the same day but usually, the nomination takes place first and the approval of the nomination is required before the visa application.
